Once you receive a service from us you become part of the Total Floor Care family. Being part of our family entitles you to certain benefits. The most popular benefit is our Rewards Program. Available only to returning residential customers, our Rewards Program actually gives you cleanings entirely FREE!

How does the program work?

You have us perform the same cleaning for 4 years. In year 5, the cleaning that you had us perform during year 1-4 will be FREE. That means our technicians will show up to do the cleaning and you will not be charged for that service. Please note that any additional areas of service will be charged to you.

How do you get enrolled in the program?

When you call to have a cleaning scheduled it is entered into the system. Our technicians come out and perform the cleaning you requested. At the end of the cleaning our technicians will ask you if you would like to schedule another service. When you say YES and your next service is scheduled you are automatically enrolled into our Rewards Program.

FAQ:

Question: What if I want to change the cleaning schedule from once a year to twice a year?

Answer: Not a problem. As long as you get a second cleaning in YEAR 2 before your YEAR 3 cleaning you will be entered into the Rewards Program as a twice per year free cleaning.

Question: If I add additional items to be cleaning one year but not the rest of the years is that included in my free cleaning?

Answer: At the end of the YEAR 4 cleaning year an average of your cleanings will be created. The areas you had cleaned for at least 3 years will be included in your free cleaning.

Question: Is there anything that I need to do to stay enrolled in the Rewards Program?

Answer: Yes, continue to adhere to the cleaning schedule and you will remain enrolled in the program. Skipping a year will remove you from the Rewards Program and you will have to start at the beginning. Skipping the second yearly cleaning, if enrolled for twice per year, will cause your free cleaning to become once per year.
